Duty Description

INFORMATION BOOTH
• Provide information to spectators about daily match schedule
• Provide information to spectators about the location of Sponsors' booths
• Provide information to spectators about the location of gates, courts, seating zones, etc.
• Provide information to spectators about Entertainment Village activities
• Sell Thailand Open souvenir programmes & souvenirs

MEDIA CENTRE
• Register and process passes for Thai and foreign media
• Escort media to tennis courts
• Escort media to Press Conference room
• Assist Media Centre officers
• Update daily match results and match schedules
• Copy and distribute following-day match schedule to media

IT SUPPORT
• Assist IT officers setting up and maintaining the on-site computer system
• Assist and support in case of emergency with computers and internet

PLAYER LOUNGE
• Assist players and their entourages with general enquiries re. venue, tournament, Bangkok etc.
• Liaise with catering staff to ensure all food and beverages are properly presented and fully stocked
• Make sure that player internet room is well maintained and ready for use
• Make sure that all equipments, magazines, newspapers, and computers are well-maintained

PLAYER STRINGING ROOM
• Assist players at the stringing room
• Deliver tennis racquets to courts in case of emergency
• Ensure players' tennis racquets are properly cared for

TOURNAMENT OFFICE
• Assist tournament staff and act as a tournament runner
• Update daily match schedule and match results
• Make sure Tournament Office is clean and organised
• Provide general information to officials and players

ATP SUPERVISOR’S OFFICE
• Assist ATP Supervisor
• Update daily match results and match schedules
• Copy and distribute following day's match schedule to other departments
• General maintenance of the Supervisor's Office

ACCREDITATION OFFICE
• Process passes for officials, players, players' entourages and sponsors' staff
• Help at volunteer check-in point and distribute meal and transport coupons for volunteers

HOTEL TOURNAMENT DESK
• Liaise with Court Services in updating daily match results and match schedules
• Liaise with Transportation staff re. transportation to tournament site
• Liaise with Transportation staff re. players other transportation requirements, eg. Embassy visits, airport transfers, etc.
• Liaise with Airport Tournament Desk to update/co-ordinate player's arrival details with Hotel Reception
• Liaise with Hotel Reception to inform names and details of player's arrival
• Provide information about the tournament to players, officials and hotel guests

AIRPORT TOURNAMENT DESK
• Welcome all players, entourages and officials at the airport
• Escort players and officials to Transportation pick-up point
• Liaise with drivers to ensure vans are standing by for airport transfers
• Liaise with Hotel Tournament Desk to update arrival details

TRANSPORTATION DESK
• Co-ordinate vehicles from Hotel to venue (and return) for players, player's entourages and officials
• Ensure shuttle vans are standing by, well-maintained and keep to schedule
• Liaise with Court Services to co-ordinate players and their entourages' return to the hotel

VIP LOUNGE
• " Welcome and facilitate VIP guests at VIP lounge and VIP functions during the event
